On Monday, March 13, Chapel will host the Concert Band from Concordia University, Nebraska for a concert beginning at 7:00 p.m. The Concert Band, under the direction of Dr. Kurt von Kampen, interim director, is made up of over 50 students and is the University’s premiere band. Deeply rooted in the more than 100-year history of instrumental musical ensembles at Concordia, the Concert Band was formed in 1906 and is the oldest continuing musical organization at Concordia.
